Well for Day 3 we took a shot and went inshore looking for that big white marlin and some slob wahoos with a good possibility at a big bull dolphin in there too. From a great report from a very trustworthy source, we slipped into the Tea Cup area on the 30 fathom line and found everything that was described to me. A 2 degree break with a weed line and color change with plenty of bait. We pounded the area out all morning with no success then made a 10 mile move that just didn’t pay off. End of the day we picked up a gaffer dolphin and got covered up in false albacore and that was all she wrote. Not a great day, but had the plan came together, a winning wahoo worth 40-60 Grand and possibly a fat white marlin would have really upped the payout, but, we will have to go get em next time…
