I ran out on the 41’ Jupiter Reel Work searching for tunas. We ran to the break in the Heyes Canyon and found a 62-64 degree break and then a 64-66 degree break a little further offshore. The water was blended blue. Overall lifeless all day. Reports on the radio were all the same – slow. We managed to go 1:1 on white marlin and that was our only bite of the day. We covered a lot of ground and tried to fish the structure in the Wilmington Canyon at the end of the day but the water was green and 59 degrees and also lifelesss. Not the day we were hoping for…
