The hard NE winds and cold front finally eased up a bit for us to fish. We got in a half of a day fishing here in Cat Island and in true Cat Island form the Mahi were thick! The water was Bahamas Blue and 78 degrees. We went on to box a dozen Mahi and let another dozen go with the biggest being a 32 pounder that ate a red party hat rigged on a ballyhoo! No billfish bites but wow a lot of action! So much fun!
